Our Warranty

Sireniana warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the time your item is shipped to you. Sireniana sole and exclusive liability and your sole remedy under this warranty will be, at Sireniana option, to provide repaired or replacement product. The Sireniana product which you consider defective must be returned to Sireniana in accordance with the Return Policy. This warranty will be void if in Sireniana reasonable opinion the defective condition was caused in whole or in part by your misuse, neglect, modification, testing, attempts to repair, or any other cause beyond normal usage, or by accident, fire, or other hazards.


Warranty Disclaimer

The warranty applies only to products purchased from us or authorized Sireniana dealers and is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable and also subject to the following limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law.

All products returned to Sireniana for warranty inspection must receive prior return request approval in writing which can be given over email. Ship products freight prepaid and insured. Sireniana assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our Warranty Department. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

- Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, abuse or neglect. (e.g. dropping, crushing, hitting)
- Damage caused by improper installing, mounting or adjustment of accessories. (e.g. footpockets, rails, stickers, etc)
- Damage caused by anything other than use under normal conditions. (e.g. excessive bending or twisting, excessive heat or freezing, etc)
- Damage caused by the use of solvents, adhesives or other chemicals. (e.g. wrong types of glues, cleaning and polishing chemicals, etc)
- Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages. (e.g. forceful impact against hard objects including rocks, pool walls or water surface, etc)
- Normal wear and tear occur naturally over time. (e.g. surface scratches, chips and UV discoloration)
- Our fins are custom handcrafted and tiny marks smaller than 1mm are not considered defects.


WARRANTY CLAIM

In order to initiate the warranty claim procedure, please email info@sireniana.com with the return reason and wait for return request approval and further instructions from Sireniana. 

All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from us or from an authorized Sireniana dealer. Invoice or charge receipt must clearly identify the dealer.

Replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.
