If you purchased a product from one of our authorized dealers or from another website, please contact the dealer or website for instructions, their respective return/exchange policy will apply.
For products purchased directly from Sireniana.com, please contact Sireniana by e-mailing us at info@sireniana.com for proper written approval prior to returning the item. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact Sireniana in writing within 7 days of receiving delivery of your purchased item, any refund request beyond 7 days will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
Please note no returns will be accepted without prior written approval.
RETURNS
Only direct purchases made with Sireniana.com are eligible for return. Claims for exchange or refund are accepted within 2 weeks from the date of product receipt and shipping cost is not compensated. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain all documents and accessories originally supplied. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Our products go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse, however, there is a very slight possibility that the product could be defective or damaged during shipment. If you have received an item in a damaged or defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, please contact Sireniana asap by e-mailing us at info@sireniana.com in writing within 7 days of receiving delivery of your purchased item for exchange. Exchanges will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity etc. We ship the exact item(s) that you select at time of purchase. If you require a change to your order, please email us at info@sireniana.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item with a value over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
TRANSIT DAMAGE (IF APPLICABLE)
It happens rarely, but packages do sometimes get damaged in transit caused by mishandling, If you received a damaged package, please hang onto the original packaging, If possible, open it in the presence of the courier and take photos before you open the package, and then contact Sireniana immediately by e-mailing us at info@sireniana.com
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
